Return & Refund Policy
At Aikon Designs, each product is made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, choosing the wrong color, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@aikondesigns.com and include:

a brief description of the issue

clear photos showing the problem
If the issue is confirmed, we’ll offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Please note:

We cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for issues reported after 30 days.

We do not offer refunds or replacements for items marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as missing. In these cases, we recommend checking with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier first. We may still help on a case-by-case basis.

Returned items sent without first contacting us may not be accepted.
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
